Today's top picks: Why the Suns will blow out the Mavericks, plus NHL playoffs, MLB, NASCAR and MLS best bets for Sunday

Allan Bell is joined by Mike McClure, Micah Roberts and John Bollman on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. After Mike discusses how weather should affect your MLB picks for Sunday and Micah previews the NASCAR race in Kansas, Allan share two SportsLine site plays for the day, starting with the SportsLine Projection Model taking the Rangers to handle the Penguins at -140 in Game 7. The line has since dropped to -125, placing even more value on the home team in the elimination game. Next up is a total play from soccer expert Brandt Sutton in the NE Revolution vs. Atlanta United MLS matchup, and you can find his full plays from that match here.

Mike delivers a NASCAR pick involving Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin, backing Busch to finish ahead at -120. While McClure loves both teammates in today's race, McClure is backing Busch's strong play over the last month, and he believes the unknowns with the weather conditions could be a factor in giving Busch an edge.

Micah is next with his NBA pick, taking the Phoenix Suns -6 to win Game 7 against the Dallas Mavericks. The Suns "have had two days to stew" on a horrible performance that included 22 turnovers in Game 6, says Micah. He believes Devin Booker is the key, and he's capable of being the player he showed in Game 5. "I look for ... a wipeout from the Suns tonight," says Micah.

John has two MLB picks for Sunday, starting with the Rockies to beat Royals at -140, pointing to Colorado's success at home and against lefties. "Daniel Lynch has seriously struggled in two of his three road outings," says John. He's also backing the Mariners to upset the Mets at +120.

Jonathan Coachman then joins the show from his former high school arena to deliver a total play in Astros-Nationals, then Allan closes things out with his three-way parlay involving the NBA, NHL and MLS.
