Jonathan Coachman is joined by sports betting experts Allie O'Neill, Zack Cimini and Larry Hartstein on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for the NFL and Major League Baseball for Monday, Sept. 19.

O'Neill starts things off with a play in MLB. She likes the Rays (-120) to beat the Astros in the opener of their three-game series (6:40 p.m. ET). "The Rays have won seven of (Drew Rasmussen's) last eight starts. At home, he is 6-1 and has a 1.97 ERA," Allie says. "(The Astros) have won a surprising number of (Luis Garcia's) starts compared to how well he's pitched. But it's really just the offense there. When the Rays have a really good pitcher, it's going to be pretty hard to make up those runs. Luis Garcia's given up three or more earned runs in seven of his last eight starts."

Cimini is up next with a pair of plays on Monday Night Football. First, he likes Under 32.5 receiving yards for Minnesota's K.J. Osborn (-110) in the Vikings-Eagles contest (8:30 p.m. ET). "Everyone wants to talk about the lack of preseason reps hurting the stars, but it's also hurting the role players early in the season," he says. "Osborn has been one of those wideouts. In preseason, he only had one catch. In Week 1 against the Packers, one catch for 14 yards."

Zack's second play is Under 11.5 receiving yards for Philadelphia's Kenneth Gainwell (-110). "We saw the Vikings give up 46 yards receiving to A.J. Dillon, 27 receiving yards to Aaron Jones (against Green Bay last week). That's not going to happen this week," he says. "The Packers were down, (so) they were not going to give up that deep ball. They let Aaron Rodgers hit those little short routes. That's not going to happen with Jalen Hurts. You know what his strengths are, you know what his weaknesses are."

Hartstein wraps things up with a play in the other Monday Night Football game. He likes Over 26.5 receiving yards for Tennessee's Treylon Burks (-115) in the Titans-Bills matchup (7:15 p.m. ET). "A lot of things were said about him in the preseason, and not flattering, that he was working with the third-string (offense). They were just getting him a lot of work," Larry says. "If you look at Week 1, (he had) five targets, three catches, 55 yards. Depth of target was 19 yards, he's down the field. He could get over this in one catch. The Titans should be playing from behind, which is going to mean a lot of throws."
