Jonathan Coachman welcomes top sports betting experts Allie O'Neal, Matt Severance and Larry Hartstein on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. Get the prime plays for Major League Baseball, the NFL, college football and soccer for Friday, Sept. 17.

The Coach and Larry review Thursday Night Football, and then Matt dives into a comprehensive preview of Florida vs. Alabama on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET (shown on CBS). The Colts host the Rams on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET, and Larry is starting to get quite concerned about several key injuries for Indianapolis.

The SportsLine Plays of the Day are delivered by the Coach, including Maryland -7 over Illinois at 9 tonight. He also showcases Leeds United, draw no bet, at -150 vs. Newcastle at 3 p.m. ET in Premier League action.

Allies' featured MLB play is the Mariners and Royals Over 8.5 runs at 8:10 p.m. ET. Seattle is on a hot streak and both starting pitchers will not fare well before the shaky bullpens enter the mix.

Matt's top college football play is BYU +4 over Arizona State on Saturday at 10:15 p.m. ET. BYU has been terrific at home and should also win the matchup outright. In the NFL, he is taking the Chiefs -200 over the Ravens on Sunday at 8:20 p.m. ET. Lamar Jackson has not been able to beat Patrick Mahomes, and Baltimore is very banged up. Matt is also on the Steelers -5.5 over the Raiders on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Las Vegas is dealing with injury issues after coming off an emotional win on Monday night.

Larry goes back to MLB and is rolling with the Rays to go Over 4.5 runs against the Tigers at 7:10 p.m. ET. He is targeting Detroit starter Casey Mize. "He's on a pitch count anyway. He just faced them on Saturday and gave up three runs in two innings," he says. "He gave up two triples in that game, actually. The Rays have a .754 OPS vs. righties. They've been on fire the last two months with an OPS around .800." Once the Rays send Mize to the showers, then they can tee off on the Tigers' bullpen.
