Allan Bell is joined by expert sports bettors Mike McClure, John Bollman and Alex Selesnick and on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for the NBA, NHL, PGA and Major League Baseball for Sunday, May 22.

Bell starts things off with two SportsLine Plays of the Day. The first is in the NBA: The Mavericks (-145) to beat the Warriors in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals (9 p.m. ET). "The Mavericks are 67 percent straight up when trailing in a playoff series this postseason," he says.

The second play is in the NHL: Over 5.5 goals for the Hurricanes and Rangers in Game 3 of their Eastern Conference second-round series (3:30 p.m. ET). "The Hurricanes are 63 percent to the Over this season on the road," Bell says.

McClure is up next with a play in the final round of the PGA Championship. He likes Will Zalatoris (-110) over Cameron Young (1:25 p.m. ET). "They're basically even here coming into the final round," Mike says. "Zalatoris really had a poor round in Round 3. (He) gained less than one stroke tee to green, which is a huge deal for him because he's arguably the best player in golf - definitely in the field this weekend in terms of strokes gained tee to green. Look for that to bounce back today as the weather is calm. … I love these conditions for Zalatoris."

Selesnick follows with an NBA play. He likes Under 9.5 points (-130) for Golden State's Kevon Looney in the Warriors-Mavericks game. "Looney has been Under this line in 11 of 13 playoff games and 26 of his previous 28 games, including the regular season," Alex says. "He's been held under double-digit points in 77 of 93 games this season, if you include the postseason. … He's having a great series, frankly, but he is performing so far above expectations. This is just a massive number for him."

Bell jumps back in with a pair of NBA plays. The first is Under 218.5 in the Mavericks-Warriors game. "Dallas is 26 percent to the Over at home," he says. "I think we're going to see a decrease in points. I don't think Luka (Doncic is) going for 68 points today. … They're only 39 percent to the Over after a day off. We're going to bank on Golden State coming back down to Earth."

Allan's second play is Over 1.5 3-pointers (-145) for Golden State's Andrew Wiggins in the Warriors-Mavericks contest. "If you look at the last three games for Wiggins, his 3-point attempts have skyrocketed up," he says. "He's averaging six 3-point attempts per game. He's hit three, three and three. Consistent."

Bollman wraps things up with an MLB play. He likes the Cubs (-120) to beat the Diamondbacks in the finale of their three-game series (2:20 p.m. ET). "The Cubs have managed to lose the first three games of this series, but that just means the Diamondbacks' bullpen is in rough shape," John says. "Their top three relievers have all pitched in three of their last four games, so I don't think they'd be available. If they are available, they'll be extremely worked. … (Chicago's) Wade Miley has only made two appearances this season, but he absolutely dominated in his last outing. And when the Diamondbacks struggle, it's against lefties."
