The Coach teams up with top sports betting expert Mike McClure on the Early Edge podcast, powered by SportsLine. Get your top plays for MLB the EPL, horse racing and golf for Friday, May 14.

The Coach and Mike open by telling you why their new live streams later in the day can't be missed. You will learn even more about live betting, get important injury updates and find out additional plays to jump on. Mike then provides a highly detailed breakdown of how he uses Statcast data to help him gain advantages he can share with you for live betting purposes.

After a strong Thursday in the Premier League, the Coach is back for more SportsLine picks, this time in Newcastle-Manchester City at 3 p.m. ET. He is backing the selections of Manchester City Win to Nil at -105, for both teams to go Under 2.5 goals, and for Sergio Aguero to score at -105.

We are then treated to a special appearance to by "The Jeweler" as Jacob Hallex steps up to deliver national handicapping champion Jonathon Kinchen's prime picks for the Black-Eyed Susan Stakes at Pimlico Race Course.

The guys then turn to MLB, as Mike tells us why he is taking the Rays -1.5 at +140 over the Mets at 7:10 p.m. ET. "I think this an excellent spot to buy low on Tyler Glasnow. He's been absolutely awesome," he says. "This line is inflated due to the attention on the New York Mets. They have won a few games now. But they are traveling to Tampa, and I like Tampa Bay here at home. David Peterson has been pretty poor so far." Mike then uncovers a very interesting advanced stat that further illustrates why New York will struggle against Glasnow. He is also going back to the Cubs -130 over the Tigers at 7:10 p.m. ET. He still sees Chicago as a good value play, and positive offensive regression is coming.

The Coach finishes up with his AT&T Byron Nelson plays. He likes Matt Leishman -110 over Ryan Palmer and Sam Burns -137 over Harris English.
