The spotlight NBA pick for Tuesday is Zack's selection of the Mavericks +4 over the Heat at 8:00 p.m. ET. "Dallas, in the last nine games, have lost to just one team. Those three losses were all against the Sacramento Kings," he says. "You look at Dallas, they are not known for being a defensive team. But in their earlier meeting against the Heat, they limited them to 83 points, by far their best defensive effort all season long. I think that has to do with Josh Richardson, the ex-Heat player. He knows their playbook." Zack then drops his duo of MLB picks for the day, including the Rays -110 over the Angels at 9:38 p.m. ET. This will be a bad matchup for Alex Cobb, and he tells us why. Zack then backs up Mike's Royals pick, taking Kansas City on he money line at -135.
Larry's top MLB play is the Braves for the first five innings on the money line at -130. He says it's going to be a forgettable night for Joe Ross.
