Jonathan Coachman is joined by expert sports bettors Mike McClure, Alex Selesnick and Larry Hartstein on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for the NFL and soccer for Sunday, Jan. 30.

Coach starts things off with the SportsLine Play of the Day: Both teams to score (-110) in the Canada-U.S. 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifying match (3:05 p.m. ET).

McClure is up next with an NFL play. He likes Under 54.5 (-105) in the Bengals-Chiefs AFC Championship Game (3 p.m. ET). "In the simulations, I do not account for the referee crew in the playoffs," Mike says. "However, I want to mention Bill Vinovich. Fewest penalties in the league. … Over the past six seasons, he's 55-34 in tune to the Under, about 62 percent. He's been a strong Under ref again this season."

Selesnick follows with a prop bet: Over 75.5 receiving yards for Kansas City's Travis Kelce (-115) in the Chiefs-Bengals game. "Kelce has dispelled any notions that he has lost a step," Alex says. "Over the last two weeks, he's gone Over this total in both playoff games while averaging over 100 receiving yards. Dating back to last season, he's eclipsed this in five straight playoff games. … The Bengals have been a pass funnel all season. They've surrendered the fifth-most yards to the tight end position this year and the fourth-most receptions."

Hartstein wraps things up with a prop bet of his own: Over 37.5 rushing yards for Kansas City's Clyde Edwards-Helaire (-110). "(This) is a very low number," Larry says. "I think we can get this if the game script is right and the Chiefs are up, and we can also get it if it's a very tight, competitive game, or even if they're behind because when the Bengals sit back in pass defense and there's a very light box, that's when they hand it to him on a draw and it's open for him."
