New interim coach Bobby Petrino takes over an Arkansas team that has a superstar at QB and an ability to score on any one. Their issue has been on the defensive side of the ball this year. Since taking over, he's made some changes on that side and coming off of a bye, that presents a bit of the unknown for the Vols. That element, along with the fact that the Razorbacks can score, will help keep this under the spread number.
