Wisconsin had some nice moments against USC, but overall, this offense is still bad. Purdue fired its offensive coordinator, and it's hard to expect that will improve the situation much in-season.

Purdue's offense has been so abysmal -- 21 points or fewer produced in the last three games -- that its coordinator did not make it to October before getting canned. The trend should be extended by Wisconsin's stout defense. The Badgers' O took a hit this week when top rusher Chez Mellusi opted out for the rest of the season to recover from injuries. They were held in the 20s by Western Michigan and South Dakota, then to 10 by Alabama. The Under has prevailed in seven of their past 10 home games.
