Rhody is getting some votes for the FCS Top 25. It's the first meeting between these programs as Campbell only joined Rhode Island's CAA last year. It's a third straight road game for the Camels, who are located in North Carolina. In the CAA preseason poll, Rhode Island was picked eighth and Campbell 11th for what that's worth. Hey, it's the FCS so not a lot of info out there at times. For example, I do know that Campbell long snapper Bobby Cleary was named preseason All-America.
