This one appears to have all the makings for an Over, with Ole Miss being the key cog in the formula. The Rebels should be capable enough on offense to score some points but will probably have a hard time keeping Kyle Trask and the Gators from getting more than their share. Unless these teams are way more sturdy on the defensive side than expected, this one should go Over with ease.
Toward the end of last season, the Gators had perhaps the hottest offense in the country this side of national champion LSU. Heisman candidate Kyle Trask returns along with many experienced weapons, and they should overwhelm a Rebels club making its debut under Lane Kiffin. Ole Miss has some decent weapons and Kiffin should prove to be a shrewd hire, but it's hard to see the Rebels keeping pace with a Florida club that could threaten to score on every possession.
Lane Kiffin makes his debut with the Rebels and has some exciting pieces on offense to work with. It will be interesting to see how he utilizes the skill set of QB John Rhys Plumlee and RB Jerrion Ealy this season. Florida looks like the most complete team in the SEC East, and has a solid returning starter at QB in Kyle Trask. Defensively, I like what the Gators have at linebacker and on the defensive interior. Look for them to slow down the Rebels.
