Let's just say the start to the season for North Carolina has been less than ideal -- on the field -- and that's not to mention the program having to deal with Hurricane Florence off of it. There is something to be said for difficult circumstances providing an opportunity for a team to bond, grow closer and correct problems, but most of the teams to which that applies do not go out and lose by 22 to East Carolina as 16-point favorites. I expect the Panthers to win comfortably. The drubbing at the hands of Penn State is tough to shake, but I trust Pat Narduzzi to scheme appropriately for UNC and walk away with an important ACC win here.

North Carolina had two weeks to stew on that embarrassing loss to East Carolina. And you expect this North Carolina team -- which couldn't break the 400-yard mark against California or East Carolina -- to have success against a Pat Narduzzi defense? Nah, that won't happen. Even if it's a little sloppy, the Panthers will find a way to wear down the Tar Heels and win by double digits.
