Since then, every Pitt game have gone Over, a span of 11 games, and all this happened as its total rating was being bumped up 1-to-2 points every week. And it's still not high enough as the Panthers enter this bowl game at Yankee Stadium. What makes Pitt such a great Over team is they score 42 ppg and can't stop anybody, allowing 35 ppg. Northwestern will score plenty to help get this Over, and might even win, but my top play is the Over.

I feel like Pitt and Northwestern are the same exact team. Both are well-balanced on offense and both defenses tend to give up the big play far too often. I think we’re in for a classic Pinstripe Bowl, but Pitt’s offense will have the final say.
