I realize Virginia Tech's offense is much spicier than in years past, but the number is saying Tech is rated 1-point better on a neutral field, and that just isn't true. UNC is about 3.5-points better and the Chapel Hill home field is worth 3.5-points in this spot. So if I believe the number should be UNC -7 and I only have to lay -2.5, it's not a hard choice.
