Monmouth joined the CAA a few years back and the step up has been tough for them. Charleston is the class of the conference and they sliced through Monmouth three times last season, winning by double digits in NJ and thrashing them in the conference tourney. MON is terrible form and COC off to a roaring start in the CAA, winning and covering at Hofstra, a tough place to play, without playing close to their best ball on Thurs night. They can cover this big in a high-scoring or low-scoring game.
