I'm going to recommend grabbing this line ASAP because it is definitely on the move. I actually can't believe this one didn't open closer to 9.5, and I wouldn't be shocked if it closed there. Delaware State has lost 10 straight games by more than 10 points. They are coming off a game in which they lost by 24 to NC Central, and that line was also a similar eight point spread. Over their last 5 games Delaware state is averaging just 50 points scored. Meanwhile, SC State has scored more than 60 points in every game this season. You can do the math, this is a great value. Fade Delaware State and lay the points.
