I'm fading Morgan State here and backing Norfolk who has some good momentum Morgan is a bottom 30 team in the nation and Norfolk ranks around 200th. This is expected to be a 8-9 point difference on neutral court but at home Norfolk should win by 11-12 points. My model is going to officially come in at 10.5, so some decent value on this line. Norfolk is a strong home team with 4-0-1 ATS on their own floor and 10-3-1 ATS record on the year. I think we can trust them here at -8, lay it.
