Let’s be clear. Michigan can win the national title. Yet the traveling Wolverines are vulnerable here, coming off an emotional win over Iowa just 40 hours earlier. Indiana has shown flashes of brilliance. The Hoosiers led Michigan State and Rutgers by double digits in their last two outings, only to lose both straight-up. This is a desperate team with a coach (Archie Miller) sitting on a scalding seat, and it should respond against a visitor that might still be celebrating Thursday’s win.
If this isn't a trap game for Michigan off huge wins over Top-10 opponents Ohio State and Iowa, I don't know what is. The Hoosiers are squarely on the NCAA Tournament bubble and have to have this. I doubt they win without second-leading scorer Armaan Franklin (ankle) but I do think this is close.
