I'm a fan of taking bad teams coming off a big loss, particularly when their playing a team that isn't exactly great itself, and that's the situation here. Manhattan is 3-13 and just lost to Monmouth by 16, and now it's taking on a St. Peter's team that's only 5-11 itself and has had difficulty scoring in conference play. It won't be a pretty game by any means, but there's value on the dog here.
