Allan Bell is joined by sports betting experts R.J. White and Larry Hartstein on The Early Edge podcast. They give you their best bets for the NFL for Sunday, Sept. 25.

White starts things off with a pair of plays. First, he likes Over 1.5 touchdown passes for Miami's Tua Tagovailoa (-121) in the Dolphins-Bills game (1 p.m. ET). "That six-touchdown game last week was blamed largely on the battered Baltimore secondary," he says. "Same situation here. All it takes is a couple busted coverages and Tua covers this number."

R.J. follows up with a teaser: Denver +7.5 in the Broncos-49ers contest (8:20 p.m. ET) and Carolina +8.5 in the Panthers-Saints game (1 p.m. ET) at -110. "Denver's offense is top seven in yards per play, both rushing and passing, they're just not scoring," he says. "I think that that's something they will get figured out. (Jerry) Jeudy and (Pat) Surtain should play, key pieces on each side of the ball. Russell Wilson (is) 8-2 straight up versus Kyle Shanahan's 49ers, won the last four games - including two last year when they were underdogs in both games.

"I like Denver +1.5. Better to tease them to get through the 3 and the 7, so I'm going to do it with Carolina. As a defense, it's playing well. Jameis (Winston) looked brutal last week. I don't think New Orleans is going to score a ton of points in Carolina."

Hartstein jumps in with four NFL plays of his own. He begins with Over 19.5 points for Atlanta (-155) in the Falcons-Seahawks matchup (4:25 p.m. ET). "Look who they had to play. They had to play the Saints, they had to play the Rams, and now they face the Seahawks," he says. "You go from two of the best defenses in the NFL to possibly the worst, and you didn't travel. I like that they stayed out west. Drake London's been awesome, Kyle Pitts finally should show up today. You've got (Cordarrelle) Patterson, you've got (Marcus) Mariota, you have plenty of weapons, the weather is going to be good."

Larry's second play is Over 2.5 passing touchdowns for Minnesota's Kirk Cousins (+160) in the Vikings-Lions game (1 p.m. ET). "Hasn't done it this season, only did it five times last season," he says. "But you look at what he's done against the Lions - 14 TDs and one pick in his last six outings. (The Lions) play a ton of man coverage, Kirk Cousins is much better against man coverage, he has a pass-happy coach. … He should not have a lot of pressure because the Lions' pass rush is down a couple of guys."

Hartstein also likes Over 41.5 rushing yards for Atlanta's Cordarrelle Patterson (-115) in the Falcons-Seahawks contest. "He got 10 carries last week," he say. "He's facing a terrible defense in the Seahawks. He's going to get double-digit carries, seems like a no-brainer to me."

Larry's final play is Over 21.5 rushing yards for Chicago's Khalil Herbert (-145) in the Bears-Texans game (1 p.m. ET). "The kid is averaging over six yards a carry," he says. "The Bears do not want to throw. They've had 40 drop-backs in two games, which is kind of crazy. I believe Justin Fields has completed only 15 passes. You're facing the worst run defense in the league. … He might just need 4-5 carries, I think he'll get about seven or eight."

Bell wraps things up with five plays in the No-Fly Zone. He likes Over 0.5 interceptions for Buffalo's Josh Allen (-110) in the Bills-Dolphins game (1 p.m. ET), Over 0.5 interceptions for Jacksonville's Trevor Lawrence (-170) in the Jaguars-Chargers contest (4:05 p.m. ET), Over 0.5 interceptions for Los Angeles' Matthew Stafford (-135) in the Rams-Cardinals matchup (4:25 p.m. ET), Over 0.5 interceptions for Tampa Bay's Tom Brady (-105) in the Buccaneers-Packers showdown (4:25 p.m. ET) and Over 0.5 interceptions for Carolina's Baker Mayfield (-130) in the Panthers-Saints game (1 p.m. ET).
