Old Olympic favorites will square off in the quarterfinals.
Amanda Beard is only 26, but a veteran of the Olympics and Hottie Contests. She won a bronze medal at the 2000 Olympics and won a gold medal in the 2004 Olympics. And then she did a little event called, "posing for Playboy" in 2007. Sorry guys, we can't post the photos here, but I'm sure you'll have no problem finding them online.
Beard always looks good as she recently told People magazine "I wear makeup in the water. I always wear a waterproof mascara..." in their 100 World's Most Beautiful People issue.
As for Misty May-Treanor, she’s 31 and one of the most accomplished women's beach volleyball players of all time. She just barely made the list as the No. 12 seed, but pulled off the first-round upset over Sue Bird.
There aren't too many better athletes on the volleyball court as May-Treanor went 39-0 with Kerri Walsh in the 2003 AVP circuit and recently won a gold medal in the 2004 Olympics. But now in the Hottie Contest, she'll have to do it without Walsh.
