PARIS (AP) -Midfielder Ludovic Giuly signed a three-year contract with Paris Saint-Germain on Friday.
The 32-year-old Frenchman joins PSG from AS Roma. PSG recruited Giuly as part of efforts to boost the team after struggling last season.
"I'm going to try to bring my playing style, my experience and the rage that I have to the field," said Giuly, who has also played for Lyon, Monaco and FC Barcelona.
PSG coach Paul Le Guen said he hoped Giuly's strong background would boost the team.
"He can bring speed, experience and the explosiveness that we need," Le Guen said.
