THE GOOD NEWS
Leading scorer Tony Hooper and talented freshman Rudy Turner return.

THE BAD NEWS
The Warhawks lose three seniors from a team that finished last in the Sun Belt West.

KEY RETURNEES
G Tony Hooper, and Fs Afam Nweke and Rudy Turner.

ROSTER REPORT

--G Tony Hooper led ULM and finished seventh in the Sun Belt with 15.1 points per game but he shot only .318 from 3-point range and rarely put two strong games together.

--Hooper played more point guard than coach Orlando Early intended because PG Brandon Roberts suffered from another knee injury. Roberts has missed significant playing time in each of the past two seasons. He's only a sophomore and he's been a diligent worker but Early is concerned about Roberts' future with the program.

--With starting Gs Jonas Brown, Lance Brasher and Jordan Payne completing their careers, the Warhawks must replace 34.3 points per game.

--Rudy Turner, who gives ULM some much-needed size at 6-8, 250 pounds, stepped up his game late in the season and averaged 9.8 points and 5.4 rebounds per game over the last five games.
