FINAL RECORD
14-16, 9-7, tied for fourth in the America East
WHAT WENT RIGHT
Binghamton was one of the America East's most opportunistic defenses. The Bearcats finished second to Hartford in steals, averaging more than seven a game.
WHAT WENT WRONG
The Bearcats often struggled to defend on the interior. This weakness led to a lot of easy buckets for opponents, who shot close to 45 percent against Binghamton.
QUOTE TO NOTE
"I want to commend my guys for a hard-fought year. I'm going to say this jokingly but I mean this; we had a slogan as family this year and we were a family, a dysfunctional family at times, but we were a family and that's what families are. You have peaks and you have valleys." -- coach Kevin Broadus.
