Wilfork, Watson out again as Patriots face Titans

 

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- The New England Patriots deactivated defensive tackle Vince Wilfork and tight end Benjamin Watson against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.

Wilfork (right ankle) and Watson (left knee) missed their third straight games and have not played since getting hurt against Miami on Dec. 10. The Patriots also deactivated running back Kevin Faulk (knee), defensive back Chad Scott (back) and receiver Bam Childress (ankle).

The Titans deactivated defensive end Travis LaBoy (knee). He had started 11 of 13 games and had 3 1/2 sacks. Sean Conover replaced Laboy in the starting lineup for his second start this season. His first was against the New York Giants on Nov. 26.

Tight end Bo Scaife was active for the Titans after missing the last two games because of a sprained ankle.
