The Jacksonville Jaguars' already-thin receiving corps suffered another hit this week when Reggie Williams tweaked his right knee, an injury that could lead to his being placed on the physically unable to perform list.
Williams is expected to miss a few days of practice, according to a team source, and if the problem is more worrisome than that he could be put on the PUP list, which means he wouldn't count against the roster until he comes off the list.
The Jaguars are already without Jerry Porter for the entire preseason after he underwent surgery to repair a hamstring problem last week. The team does expect Porter back for the preseason opener, but he will likely open on the PUP list.
Mike Walker, who missed all of his rookie season in 2007 recovering from knee surgery, will be limited in camp to one practice a day. That means Dennis Northcutt, Matt Jones -- who was arrested two weeks ago on a drug charge -- and Troy Williamson are the only healthy receivers among the top six. D'Juan Woods and John Broussard are youngsters who have showed well at times.
To help with the reps in camp, the team signed free agent Ryan Hoag Friday.

Could be a nice fit...........
