Troupe was signed by Oakland after Tampa Bay released him in September, but he never made his Oakland debut. He has not been a viable Fantasy TE since 2005 and it appears as though he is nothing more than roster depth at this point in his career. Even when healthy, it's safe to ignore him in Fantasy.
