Novak out, Barth in at kicker: The Kansas City Chiefs, who are still looking to sign a quarterback, released kicker Nick Novak and signed Connor Barth as his replacement on Tuesday. Novak missed two field goals in last week's 34-10 loss to Tennessee. Barth was beaten out by Novak in a close competition and released in August.
