Anquan Boldin says it's news to him that he's unhappy and wants out of Arizona. To the contrary, the two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver says he wants to remain with the Cardinals and is not upset that he has yet to get a new contract on par with teammate Larry Fitzgerald. Boldin did sit out Friday's workouts because of a sore hamstring, but said it had nothing to do with any dissatisfaction over his contract. "I've always wanted to be in Arizona," Boldin said Friday, the first day of the Cardinals' mini-camp. "This is the only place I've known professionally. I don't want to uproot my family and leave. I'm happy here. I have great rapport with everybody around here, coaches included." (Updated 05/05/2008).

Fantasy Analysis
Playing in 12 games (11 starts), Anquan Boldin caught 71 passes for 853 yards (12.0 avg.) and a career-best nine touchdowns with a 14-yard run and one fumble lost. He was plagued by significant hip and toe injuries for three-quarters of the season but appears to be over them. He did notch two games with two touchdowns and over 160 yards in each, but couldn't get past 83 yards in any one game otherwise (he did have three two touchdown games). In his career, Boldin is far less explosive when he's hurt compared to when he's healthy, which makes sense, but some players overcome nicks and bumps and are still effective. His numbers never ripped until Kurt Warner was in the game, and Matt Leinart is expected to be his quarterback next season. Nevertheless, figure Boldin to be a very solid No. 2 Fantasy WR with some injury risk (he's only made 16 games in two of his five NFL seasons). (Updated 05/05/2008).
