After battling knee and arm injuries the past few seasons, he's ready for 2008. "One thing I've been thinking about - this is really the first year in the last two I've been able to hit the ground running, so to speak," Seymour said. "That's not to say what you do during the season, but I'm definitely five times better than I was the last two seasons at this point. So I'm definitely excited to get the season going.
