Bucs trim roster down to 53: Tampa Bay reduced its roster to the necessary 53 players on Saturday and among the cuts were QB Chris Simms. The rest of the cuts are as follows: DE Charles Bennett, DT Chris Bradwell, DE Patrick Chukwurah, WR Brian Clark, RB Kenneth Darby, TE Daniel Fells, CB Marcus Hamilton, CB Darrell Hunter, WR Chad Lucas, DT Dre Moore, LB Ryan Nece, RB Clifton Smith, WR Michael Spurlock and FB Carl Stewart.
