Jags sign Prioleau; Ricard waived: The Jaguars signed free agent safety Pierson Prioleau on Wednesday and waived quarterback Lester Ricard. Prioleau, entering his 10th season, spent the last three years with the Redskins. He played 15 games in 2007, starting four and finishing with 38 tackles. He has 353 tackles, 5 1/2 sacks and one interception in 113 career games with San Francisco, Buffalo and Washington. Ricard spent all of last season on the practice squad.
