According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Rams WR Torry Holt is relaxing this offseason but still getting ready for 2008. "Since I had the (knee) surgery last year, I went right to rehab, then I played 16 (games) and then went over and played in the Pro Bowl," Holt said. "So I just wanted to kind of step back and get some rest not only for my knee, just for my overall body. And from a mental standpoint, just kind of get away and relax. Get away from the building, and get away from football for a while, so I can come back with a fresh mind and give the guys and my teammates what it is they need." Holt, by the way, says his knee is feeling much better than it did a year ago at this time. (Updated 05/12/2008).

Fantasy Analysis
Holt started every game even though he played with a sore knee for much of the season. In those 16 games, he amassed 1,189 yards on 93 catches with seven touchdowns and a fumble lost. The stats were nearly identical to his 2006 numbers, except with three fewer touchdowns. Figure Holt to be a low-end No. 1/top-end No. 2 Fantasy WR, which leaves the door open for him to overdeliver this season if the Rams can regain their form. (Updated 05/12/2008).
