The Bengals come in on a five-game losing streak and have lost seven of their last eight (2-6 ATS) and while backup QB Jeff Driskel has a couple games under his belt, I like what the Raiders have done lately better. They're 2-2 in their last four (3-1 ATS) and went toe-to-toe with the Chiefs covering +14 in a 40-33 loss. Last week they took down the Steelers. They're playing hard and Derek Carr is making plays. Raiders are the play.
I'm not sure Jeff Driskel and this awful Bengals defense should be favored against any team, even the Raiders. The Raiders are actually sneakily on a pretty good run, beating the Cardinals and Steelers and in between holding just a three-point deficit at Baltimore and home against Kansas City in the fourth quarter. Oakland's pass offense is 11th in DVOA while the Bengals defense ranks 27th against the pass. The motivation factor also favors the Raiders, since Jon Gruden isn't going anywhere and Bengals coaches are busy updating their resumes.
