There's real concern in Minnesota about Sam Bradford, or else the Vikings would not have promoted a QB from their practice squad. Moreover, top CB Xavier Rhodes is dealing with a hip injury. He'll play, but might not be his shutdown self. There's value in this line because of Pittsburgh's shaky Week 1 performance and Minnesota's impressive display on national television. I like the Steelers by at least a touchdown, as Big Ben always plays much better at home.
This line was -7 before Minnesota's big showing against the Saints, but I'm not giving them too much credit for destroying a defense that might again be the worst in the league and that was starting three rookies in Week 1. The Steelers are one of the two or three best teams in the league even if they had trouble moving the ball on the road against an underrated Browns defense. The offense will look more on the same page now that they have snaps under their belt. I feel pretty comfortable with the Steelers at home on this number against anyone that's not a top-five team. The Vikings haven't reached that level.
