The Bucs are riding high after taking down the Chiefs and Seahawks over the last two weeks, but both those teams were missing key players on offense that gave the Bucs' defense a boost. Like those two teams, the Chargers have a quality defense, and they feature an excellent cornerback (Casey Hayward) capable of limiting Mike Evans. Traveling cross-country, I think the Bucs will have trouble scoring points for a third straight week, while the Chargers' third-ranked scoring offense, which has averaged 32 points at home, will have no such issue.
