Those numbers were actually up a tad over what he was averaging in 39 games with Dallas prior to getting traded. He's going to be the future of the Nets' backcourt for several years to come, but won't be putting up Jason Kidd numbers anytime soon. He's not as much of a distributor as Kidd and has never averaged even seven assists in a season. He is, however, a better shooter and scorer. If he can add a couple of assists to his game as the clear-cut point man in New Jersey over the next couple of years, he'd jump to the upper class of Fantasy guards. (Updated 04/29/2008).
