Madsen makes first start since '06: Mark Madsen was in the starting lineup Friday against the Nuggets, his first start since Feb. 15, 2006, against Seattle. He finished with two points and four rebounds. Madsen played in his first game of the season on Wednesday night after having surgery in August to repair the pectoral muscle in his right shoulder.
