The Blazers have covered a rare 10 games in a row and won 13 straight, but here come the Rockets, and now Portland is getting a decent amount of points. We'll find out what Portland is made of here, but my computer projections see a very strong value in taking the Blazers and the points.

Portland is going to get its biggest test yet during its 13-game win streak that has seen them cover the spread in its last 10. Houston visits on a five-game win streak and has gone 9-2 ATS in its last 11 road games. The Rockets won 124-117 when they met at Portland in early December, but the Blazers covered +8.5 and they're 18-7-3 ATS in their last 28 home games. Blazers plus the points is the play.
