My data sees the Celtics beating the 76ers by at least 11 points Thursday, and shows Boston covering the spread about two-thirds of the time. The Celtics are 7-1-1 ATS coming off a straight-up loss and 5-1 ATS in their past six Thursday contests.

The Celtics have won seven straight home meetings, but this is too many points to give a Philly team that's turned the corner. I like Joel Embiid, who played poorly against the Celtics in London, to turn in a strong performance coming off his dominant showing vs. Toronto. And while Philly will miss J.J.
