The Wizards have been having trouble all season on the road, but they're somehow able to flip the switch to being great when it comes to playing at home lately. They've covered 10 of their last 11 home games and just beat the hot 76ers by 16 at home on Saturday. Wizards get the cover here.

We'll grab ahold of the Wizards as a short home favorite against the Trail Blazers. Washington is coming off a sloppy first-half performance against the 76ers, but were able to hit a new gear in the second half. They've found something with the elevated play of Otto Porter Jr. combined with an overall surging offense. Play on the Wizards.

This should be a great game to watch with Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum facing John Wall and Bradley Beal. Both teams are a little questionable after the starting unit, but I like the Wizards at home against a Portland team that is traveling cross country for a very early start time. My simulations have the Wizards winning by seven points.

The Wizards have won 11 straight home games, with John Wall shooting at least 50 percent in each of the last five at the Verizon Center. In this matchup of tremendous backcourts, I'll back Washington.
