Fantasy Analysis
Wells only came back last season to pitch on a hometown discount with the Padres. Well, he stunk there, was let go during the season and finished up with the Dodgers. He was hardly effective but managed to stay in games long enough to pick up five victories in the second half. Even if he doesn't retire and heads to spring training with someone, you can't be sure he will break camp with the club. Ignore the potential retiree in all Fantasy leagues at this point. (Updated 11/07/2007).
