Colon still on 15-day DL: The Sports Xchange notes that Bartolo Colon continued on through the post-All-Star break on the 15-day disabled list with a lower back strain, and no date has been forecast for the right-hander's return to the lineup. (Updated 07/19/2008).
Injury Report
Back - 15-day DL. Out until at least late July (Updated - 6/17/08)
Fantasy Analysis
The rotund righty has been out since June 17 after injuring his back while swinging a bat in interleague play. Colon will be out until at least late July and perhaps into August, so consider him nothing more than a DL stashee for almost the next month. He has the potential to be an impact Fantasy arm in all leagues down the stretch, though. The fact the injury is his back and not his arm is a real important part of this equation. (Updated 07/19/2008).
