Fantasy Analysis
Burnett has now lost his last two starts and has allowed eight runs in 13 2/3 innings. On a bright note, Burnett does have 17 strikeouts in that span. He is starting to harness his strikeout pitch, now if only the wins can come with it. Burnett continues to be a high-end Fantasy SP. His next scheduled start is for Saturday at Philadelphia. Burnett lost his second straight start on Monday, when the visiting Blue Jays dropped the opener of a doubleheader 3-0 against Cleveland. The Blue Jays, though, won the nightcap, 3-0 in 10 innings. (Updated 05/13/2008)
