Perkins up; Bonser down for Baker?: According to The Sports Xchange notes: LHP Glen Perkins' next start will be flopped with RHP Boof Bonser's, moving Perkins up to Friday against the Yankees. Manager Ron Gardenhire hasn't announced anything further plans, but Bonser's start Saturday will coincide with RHP Scott Baker's rehab start for Class A Fort Myers -- making it easy to insert Baker into Bonser's spot if he is cleared to return from a groin injury that has kept him out of the rotation since May 3. Bonser has not won his past five starts, and he has a 9.59 ERA in May.

Fantasy Analysis

Perkins is having a breakthrough as a rookie starting pitcher (still eligible). Consider him a sleeper in deeper formats, mostly AL-only ones, at this point. Bonser is a risky option in all formats, especially amid his struggles and his potential removal in lieu of Baker's return. Baker is a sleeper for deeper leagues, but also more of an AL-only option because of his lack of knockout stuff and the rebuilding Twins' so-so supporting cast.
