Jaime Barria has been at his best in Anaheim. He has a FIP of 3.17 and hitters have on OPS of just .622. Barria is just 21, but throws all three of his pitchers for strikes. Marcus Stroman comes off the DL 45 days after his last start for the Blue Jays. He opened up 2018 with a 7.71 ERA and 1.71 WHIP in seven starts. Stroman was supposed to make a rehab start, but it was rained out and he settled for a simulated game. My feeling is that the Angels should have their way with Stroman. I made the Angels -180.
