Kenta Maeda did a solid job against the Cardinals in his return from the DL in his last start, while Michael Wacha was lit up by the Dodgers in his previous start. There's enough key batters missing from the lineups on each side (Seager, Turner, Pederson, Gyorko) that the starters should dominate the proceedings.
