The Cardinals are in a bit of a slide, having lost five of their last six games. Dodgers starter Rich Hill has been good in his previous three starts this season, but he's had a couple major gaps in between because of a nagging blister on his middle finger. But he's healthy and ready to go Wednesday. He has given up five runs combined in his past two starts. St. Louis starter Mike Leake is having his best run of his career. Under is the play.
Dodgers starter Rich Hill looked decent in his return form the disabled list last week, earning a no-decision after allowing one run in five strong innings against the Giants. Even so, he is getting too much respect in this number Wednesday against the Cardinals and Mike Leake, who is 4-2 with a 2.03 ERA. He is coming off an outstanding start in which he received a no-decision against the Red Sox, allowing two runs in seven innings. This is too strong of an overlay to pass up.
