	Here is an interesting if not long winded write up that I enjoyed reading about why UCF should join the Big East. I don't know if I agree with everything he says but he makes some great points. Oh yeah and its not from a UCFer, its from an outsider. 	That was VERY thorough. I liked seeing that someone outside of the UCF family sees the program's appeal. Now I know I'm not a COMPLETE homer.

	Of all the C-USA teams UCF is by far the most logical and attractive choice to join the Bi East. As a Rutgers fan I would much rather road trip to Orlando the Greenville .

	Realistically this is not a bad idea. It would have to wait at least until 2010 if not latter, because to compete with other Big East teams and venues we would have to expand the stadium (as previously planned). It would undoubtably help all the BEAST schools in recruiting in Florida and make them more competitive against ACC, SEC, PAC 10, Big 10, and Big 12. PAC 10 owns Cali, Big 12 owns Texas, Florida is the only power football state that is really up for grabs recruiting wise.

	Very smart well thought out article. Why is it that USF is so opposed to us joining the Big East anyway? Did we steal their women or something?

	The reason they don't want us in is because the only thing they have over us in recruiting is the fact that they are in a BCS conference. If we were in the BEAST then they would no longer have that and they don't have a beautiful on-campus stadium, as nice facilities, or even an indoor practice facility like we do. There are a lot of reasons they really don't want us there and I don't really blame them for not wanting us. Now on the other hand, I do believe we belong in ANY BCS conference and compete with anyone right now.
