The Lakers cruised in the first round sweeping the 8 seed Nuggets. I dident see that coming us getting the only first round sweep. Thought that might go to the Celtics over the Hawks. But im not complaining espeacially after seeing game one of round 2 the lay off dident seem to hurt. So im gonna go out on a limb here not a very long one in my opinion but none the less a limb, and say the Lakers will bring there brooms with them to Utah and sweep the Jazz! Go Lakers 2008 Champs!!!

I wish I could go with you on that.  I saw the sweep last round, but not this one...I see 5 games because we drop one in Utah....Probably the second one.  Then I see us going to 6 games against the Hornets (Spurs are old and tired...they can't come back and if they do...I will be the first to apologize because I highly respect what they have done.)  Well see what happens...a sweep would be nice though.

The Lakers won't sweep for the simple fact the Jazz are manhandling them on the boards.  Jazz will definitely win some games at home.

Wow!! I can't beleive how unrealistic some of you Laker homers are!  A sweep are you kidding?  You swept a medicore Nuggets team that wasn't playing well at all.  You're not going to sweep the Jazz.  I think the Lakers win but its a hard fought 7 games and the Jazz lose a close one at the end.  Your team isn't as good as you think.  They are not dominate!  They are a very good team same as all of the western conference teams left in the playoffs.  If they win the championship, which I don't think they will, it won't be easy like you guys think.

Take it easy, Jazz/cougs - nobody except Kynilla said anything about sweeping the Jazz.  I still maintain that the Lakers will beat the Jazz in 6 and then whoever in the WCF in 7.

No I heard a lot of people talking about a possible sweep.  Then I heard even more people talking about in 5.  You are the only one that has some sense you have stayed constant at 6 but I think that is still not giving the Jazz the respect they deserve.  This is no pushover team and the Lakers are not a superior team to the rest of the teams left in the western conference playoffs they had 1 more win than the Hornets and Spurs and only 3 more than the Jazz.   That my friend is not dominance it is parity.  Which means any of these teams left (in the west) have a petty equal chance of advancing.  Home court advantage does mean something though and that is why I think the Jazz lose in 7 in a close game, but the Lakers are not going to win in Utah.  Infact I think the Jazz are going to be a much different team in game 5 their confidence is way up and they know they can beat the Lakers.  I think they have an outside chance to sneak one out in LA.  This series really hinges on game 5 whoever wins game 5 win take the series!
